PARTNERING WITH CTW
Executing a circle of care.
Partnering with other social service agencies provides the full circle of care that is needed for our clients. This brings a pipeline for each agency's success, all the while offering continuous and coordinated care for the client.
The following agencies competently serve a variety of needs to vulnerable residents of Ellis County. While none of these agencies provide the exact same services as Chrysalis to Wings, they each serve vulnerable residents who may need the immediate support offered by Chrysalis to Wings.

1. First Look serves a niche population of Ellis County and provides services/support to men & women in need of pregnancy, parenting, and sexual health services. This organization largely works with women who may be in unstable situations and need additional resources such as shelter, just as CTW may have pregnant clients who need prenatal care. For this reason, the two organizations could work closely to serve as feeders to each other’s programs.
2. Manna House is a food pantry that provides referrals to families who need assistance, although they do not provide housing, as the name might suggest. This complimentary service provider to CTW creates synergy for the two organizations to work closely together and serve as feeders to each other’s programs.
3. Hope Health serves the uninsured and low-income population in Ellis County by offering healthcare, dental care, and counseling services. Again, the two organizations could form a strong partnership to ensure residents receive the necessary support.

4. The Salvation Army provides a wide variety of services to those facing homelessness. They help provide financial assistance to cover emergency overnight housing costs or refer those facing housing and food insecurity to trusted partner programs with emergency shelter services.
